How we handle shipping, lead times and quality issues for wholesale and export Chikankari orders.

Lead times vary by product category based on embroidery complexity: dupattas typically take 2–4 days, kurtis 3–5 days, sarees and suit sets 4–7 days, and lehengas or sharara sets 5–8 days. Custom and private label orders are quoted individually. See our MOQ guide for category-specific details.
Pan India orders are dispatched via courier once production is complete. Delivery timelines depend on the destination city and courier service used, and are shared at the time of dispatch.
Export orders are shipped via air freight, with typical transit times of 4–7 days for UAE and Gulf destinations, 7–14 days for USA, Canada, UK and Europe, and 10–16 days for Australia and New Zealand. These are estimates and may vary based on customs processing and carrier schedules.
For all international shipments, we prepare a commercial invoice and packing list to support customs clearance. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applicable in their destination country.
All orders are packed using export-standard folding and packing methods designed to protect embroidery and fabric during transit, whether shipped domestically or internationally.
As Chikankari is hand-embroidered, minor variation in stitch placement or embroidery density between pieces is expected and not considered a defect. If you receive an order with a genuine manufacturing fault — such as incorrect sizing, fabric damage or incomplete embroidery — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Given the wholesale and made-to-order nature of our business, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, primarily for verified manufacturing defects. Custom and private label orders are non-returnable once production has begun, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing fault.
