All product categories listed on this website are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) as specified per category. Final commercial pricing, payment terms, production lead times, and freight details are confirmed directly with our sales team via WhatsApp, telephone, or official email prior to order finalization and are not displayed as fixed retail prices on this public website.

As authentic Lucknowi Chikankari is hand-embroidered by individual artisans on traditional wooden addas, slight variations in stitch placement, embroidery density, knot tension, and finishing between individual pieces are normal, expected, and inherent to the craft.

For bulk production batches, custom apparel grading, and private label orders, we strongly recommend a paid sample approval round (strike-off) prior to initiating full manufacturing. Once a physical or digital strike-off sample is formally approved and production cutting commences, structural alterations to specifications cannot be accommodated without revising lead times and commercial pricing.

Payment schedules are agreed upon directly between Awadh Karigiri and the buyer for each consignment, formalized within the Proforma Invoice (PI). Terms vary based on order size, customization degree, buyer verification, and whether the order is executed under domestic (Pan-India) or international export protocols.

Estimated manufacturing lead times and courier durations shared on this website or in trade catalogs are indicative and subject to adjustment based on batch complexity, total yardage, destination customs clearance, and freight carrier delays beyond our reasonable control.
